In addition to the 4 Monday classes, you are invited to attend evening Mysore to practice what you’ve learned on Monday. Evening Mysore meets every Tuesday & Thursday, 6:30pm-8:00pm. There is no charge to attend evening classes for the duration of the course.

This 4-week course is designed for those that would like to establish a daily yoga practice or deepen their understanding of the Ashtanga Yoga method. You will learn the proper breathing technique, the meaning of vinyasa (linking of breath & movement), & the fundamental postures of Ashtanga Yoga. We will build on the practice each week, providing you with a firm foundation to continue your practice with us or practice on your own!

Space is limited to allow for individual attention.

Please join us Saturday, September 16, for a mixed level donation yoga class benefiting the Trini Foundation, a non-profit organization, dedicated to bringing Ashtanga Yoga to those struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.

Every dollar raised goes directly toward teaching yoga classes in treatment centers and providing yoga tuition scholarships for individuals in recovery.
