In addition to the 4 Monday classes, you are invited to attend evening Mysore to practice what you’ve learned on Monday. Evening Mysore meets every Tuesday & Thursday, 6:30pm-8:00pm. There is no charge to attend evening classes for the duration of the course.
This 4-week course is designed for those that would like to establish a daily yoga practice or deepen their understanding of the Ashtanga Yoga method. You will learn the proper breathing technique, the meaning of vinyasa (linking of breath & movement), & the fundamental postures of Ashtanga Yoga. We will build on the practice each week, providing you with a firm foundation to continue your practice with us or practice on your own!
